UPDATE: (10/30/09): As of 12:30 PM Eastern on October 30, 2009, the Grant Blackford Mental Health policy has been declared UNCONSTITUTIONAL by the Indiana Civil Rights Commission and violates the Indiana Constitution. A lot of you had thought it was a good policy; unfortunately, the policy violates Article 1, Sections 3, 9, and 11 and Section 9 of the Indiana Constitution and Indiana Code 35-46-2-1. I apologize for any inconvience that this may have caused.

In the past, I kept Aeverine.info as a personal site. In 2009, I turned this into a work-related site, and now it's a combination of the two.

2. How do I add Ava Nieves as a friend on Facebook and/or MySpace?

To even be considered as Ava's MySpace and/or Facebook friend you must meet the following criteria:

  • Know yours truly on a personal basis (I've got that covered)
  • Went to the following schools/instiutions 
    • JC Knight Elementary School (attended from 1988-1991)
    • Northview Elementary (1993-1994)
    • RJ Baskett (1994-1997)
    • Mississinewa High School (attended from 1997-2001 and graduated with the classes of 1996 to 2004 are eligible, eligibility added 4/1/2009)
    • Indiana Wesleyan University (Classes of 2002 to 2007 are eligible, eligibility added 10/10/2009)
    • Eastbrook High School (Classes of 1993 to 1999 are eligible, eligibility added 4/1/2009 and optional)
      • This is a must if you knew my brother Albert Zinn (1977-2002)
  • Work at the following institutions
    • Carey Services (from 1985-1988, 2009-present, eligibility added 7/4/2009)
    • NO SIR GIFTS Venues (all divisions, 1987-present, default eligibility)
    • Grant Blackford Mental Health (1987-present, see note)
    • Mississinewa Community Schools (all schools, current teachers are determined by eligibility, eligibility effective 1/4/2010)

Remember, the minute Ava gets the friend request, Ava will make a decision 

Unfortunately on Facebook, a list of pending friend requests is not available. You can, however, determine the status of your friend request with another user when you find them in search. The "Add as Friend" link will appear if you have no pending friend request with Ava. If you have a pending request with Ava, "Friend requested" will appear instead.  In the event  Ava  ignores someone, your friend request will be removed from your list of friendships to confirm, and you will not be notified on Facebook and MySpace. Ava will send you a message on Facebook explaining why.

NOTES: In October 2009 the Indiana Wesleyan University and  Grant Blackford Mental Health (GBMHI) restrictions have been declared UNCONSTITUTIONAL by the Indiana Civil Rights Commission and violates the Indiana Constitution as of October 10, 2009 and October 30, 2009, respectively. A lot of you had thought the GBMHI restriction was a good policy; unfortunately, the policy violates Article 1, Sections 3, 9, and 11 and Section 9 of the Indiana Constitution and Indiana Code 35-46-2-1. I apologize for any inconvience that this may have caused.

Once you're a Facebook and/or MySpace friend,  Ava will then request Friend details.

3. I received a friend request from Ava Nieves on Facebook and/or MySpace and decide to ignore the reqest.

You received the friend request because you met one or more of the following eligibility requirements.

  • You went to the following schools/instiutions with Ava 
    • Mississinewa High School (Classes of 1996 to 2004 are eligible, eligibility added 4/1/2009)
    • Indiana Wesleyan University (Classes of 2002 to 2007 are eligible, eligibility added 10/10/2009)
    • Eastbrook High School (Classes of 1993 to 1999 are eligible, eligibility added 4/1/2009)
  • Work at the following institutions with Ava
    • Carey Services (from 1985-1988, 2009-present, eligibility added 7/4/2009)
    • NO SIR GIFTS Venues (all divisions, 1987-present, default eligibility)
Professors are also eligible as follows:
    • Mississinewa Community Schools (all schools, current teachers are determined by eligibility, eligibility effective 1/4/2010)

If you  decide to ignore the request for any reason, you'll be considered to be classified as a "Deadbeat  Facebook Friend" and/or "Deadbeat MySpace Friend."   Ava will give you every chance to recosider your decision, but if you lie to Ava and waster her time, Ava will let everyone involved know about it and post it on this web site.

Just as Ava does at NO SIR GIFTS when a customer doesn't pay an outstanding gift bill, and/or pays a bill with a bad check. Ava usually makes many attempts to collect on a deadbeat customer and/or bad check. NO SIR GIFTS will give you every chance to pay on your bouncer, but if you lie, Ava will let everyone know about it and post it on NOSIRGIFTS.com.



Ava Nieves has a policy when it comes to adding a friend request on Facebook and/or MySpace.  You probably did one of the following:

  • On Facebook, you probablky clicked on "Ignore" instead of  "Confirm" by mistake
  • On MySpace, you probably clicked "Deny" instead of  "Accept" by mistake.
  • SPECIAL NOTE: If you have denied Ava's request simply because she has undergone the male to female sex change process, you are breaking Indiana law. Since 2003, it has against the law to discriminate based on sexual orientation and gender identity. More information can be found here.
  • On October 10,  2009 the Indiana Wesleyan University restriction has been declared UNCONSTITUTIONAL. This restriction dates back to September 27, 2001 after my dismissal from IWU.
  • On October 30, 2009 the restriction with employees of Grant Blackford Mental Health (GBMHI) restrictions have been declared UNCONSTITUTIONAL by the Indiana Civil Rights Commission and violates the Indiana Constitution. A lot of you had thought the GBMHI restriction  was a good policy; unfortunately, the policy violates Article 1, Sections 3, 9, and 11 and Section 9 of the Indiana Constitution and Indiana Code 35-46-2-1. I apologize for any inconvience that this may have caused.

5. I am currently  friends with Aeverine Frathleen Nieves (Franky Allen Zinn) on Facebook and/or MySpace and I want to cancel the friendship.

One graphic on your Facebook profile, you do not want.I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE THIS! Your best bet is to try working things out for as long as possible. I will do my best to do whatever it takes for you to be a "Satisfied Facebook friend of Ava Nieves" and not have a "UNSATISFIED FACEBOOK FRIEND OF AVA NIEVES" on your Facebook and/or MySpace profile. In the event should you decide to cancel the friendship at anytime for any reason, you MUST first let me know your decision and why and try my best to work the dispute out with you and will do whatever it takes to keep you as a Facebook and/or MySpace friend. You do not want the Unsatisfied Facebook and/or MySpace friend graphic on your profile (right).

SPECIAL NOTE: If you decide to cancel your Facebook and/or MySpace friendship with Ava request based on the gender identity and/or sexual orientation after the male to female sex change process is complete, you are breaking Indiana law. Since 2003, it has been against the law to discriminate based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

6. On Facebook and/or MySpace, I see a photo of mine posted by Aeverine Frathleen Nieves and I want to be tagged in it.

I HAVE THIS COVERED. Existing Facebook friends of Aeverine Frathleen Nieves are usually tagged on other photo albums.

 In November of 2009, I uploaded the entire Mississinewa High School Yearbooks from 1999 to 2001 as community service of NO SIR GIFTS of Marion and Mississienwa Consolidated Schools of Gas City. The idea came after several individuals I went to high school with and hundred of customers of NO SIR GIFTS had requested the service.  

Usually when I post soemething Mississinewa-related (for example the Mississinewa High School 1999 Yearbook)  the album is set to "Friends of Friends" on Facebook  and is available ninety (90) days from the date of the album completion (expected to be December 18, 2009). After  March 19, 2010, the album will be set to "Only Friends" meaning only existing Facebook friends of Aeverine Frathleen Nieves can comment, tag himself or herself in the yearbook--no questions asked. However, in the event I do get an image tag, 90 percent of the time it will result in a new Facebook and/or MySpace friend of Aeverine Frathleen Nieves.
