Aeverine Nieves Facebook Notice
November 5, 2009 When I joined Facebook in April of this year, I knew nothing about
the web site at all. I had believed that the social network would
be useful to boost business at NO SIR GIFTS. To that extent I was right
on that, as well as reconnecting old friends I went to high school
with. During those seven months, I have witnessed many
changes.During that time, I have sent out nearly 200 Facebook friend
requests--130 have accepted (124 are still Facebook friends and only
four out six have decided to cancel the connection with an
explanation.)
During the last three months, I have wrangled about my future on Facebook, including two restrictions with IWU and GBMHI that were ruled unconstitutional.
Unfortunately,
with nearly 60 Facebook friend requests that have been denied in
six months and both restrictions above ruled unconstitutional, I have
decided to add a second Facebook account without any strings attached.
The current old Facebook account is at http://facebook.com/aeverine,
which is set to be deactivated January 4, 2010 (or until all friends
from that account have been moved to the new one, which is still
located at http://facebook.com/avanieves.
Unlike the my old current Facebook account, I couldn't add certain
individuals such as IWU classmates I went with and current GBMHI
employees.
Now with the second and new Facebook account, I am welcoming anyone who denied my Facebook friend request at the old Facebook account and if you are in a picture with yours truly posted on the new Facebook account, you must be a Facebook friend, there are no exceptions to this rule.
I have amended a new policy for the new Facebook page, in addition to the ones listed at the Social Network FAQ Page, which will take effect on January 4, 2010. I would like to share that information with you as follows:
- If you receive a friend request from Aeverine Frathleen Nieves (Frank Allen Zinn) that is because you have met and/or exceeded the Facebook eligibility requirements mentioned.
- If you click confirm, you are advised to click on Friend Details. On the friend details, please check the appropriate check marks as follows:

- For example if you work with yours truly, check Worked Together and fill out the appropriate information.

- Another example (as is the case with only two individuals as of 11/5/09), check Through a Friend and choose from the Facebook Friend's name.
- Another example is Went to school together, which is the case of a majority of the Facebook friends of yours truly.
- If you choose to click on ignore, which is not recommended, you MUST send a Facebook message explaining your decision. I will give you every chance to reconsider your decision, but if you are found to be caught lying and waste my time you'll be on the ineligible Facebook list..
As
of 4:00 PM yesterday, I have issued a recall of all friend request made
by yours truly and vice versa. If I am lucky enough to earn your
trustworthy business back, I will assure you something like this
won't happen again. I apologize for any inconvenience this may
have caused.
Sincerely,
Aeverine Frathleen Nieves
